will probably just be finding your way around, and logistics such as where to leave luggage while away etc.
The rest is easy.
Although it may be the "tired old route", for you it will be new!
Head NE through Sanur and on through Gianyar to Padang Bai.
This will be about 1.5 hours.
Try a night or two there, and then move north to Candi D and up the coast road from Amlapura to the Amed strip.
From there, you can work your way around at your leisure, staying as long as you like in any one place.
Do not "overplan" as this will deprive you of making spontaneous decisions which are half the fun.
Just keep the blue bit on your right hand side!
Between each stop, it would be a max of a couple of hours, and in some cases a fair bit less.
At each stop, you can plan the next, depending on how you are going.
The weather will be iffy at that time of the year, and even a bit cold in some parts, especially with rain (it is the rainy season)
This may also affect your planning as you go.
Make sure you are prepared for these conditions and also remember normal bike safety considerations.
Good luck with it......it really isn't such a huge challenge once you get into it.
