What about Customer service.
We are the ones keeping planes in the air Cheap flts or not.
You know Terrible things happen when good people do nothing
It really is time to be heard .I have also had VB change my flt (twice) im trying to co ordinate travellers from out of Sydney .I have people with work commitments that will be thrown into disarray
Im in Business and believe i would not be where i am today by being un professional and very casual about how i do business
VB take a good hard look !!!!!
