I live in bali and i have noticed that in the last year there has been heaps of posters around offering rewards for missing dogs......these are clearly from westerners, i understand if you loose your dog and want to get it back you will do anything, But this could be just another way for the locals to make easy money. Stop offering 5 million as rewards then hopefuly the dogs will not keep going missing.
