I too have 3 kids, a teenager and 2 younger and there aren't many rooms that will take 5 (without throwing a mattress on the floor as the extra bed).
I didn't want to stay at the Dynasty again next trip and whilst looking thru Qantas holidays hotel section came across a loft room at the HR. Has 3 x Qu beds, 2 d/stairs and 1 up. Couldn't find this particular room type on any of the other booking websites, only Qantas, so wasn't able to compare price with other companies. Their website is great if you're taking 3 kids and over 12 as it will let you enter the 3 kids and their ages up to 17, most of the others won't let you do this. It usually gives you a few options and you can see what the bedding arrangements are.
I'm hoping the loft room will be ok and not too small for all of us. We won't be in the room much anyway!
You will have a great time at the Dynasty, I believe their family rooms are the best in Bali. : )
