It is absolutely impossible to give an exact answer.I believe even taking into account the exchange rate on the day,the person handling back the change to you can be another big variable.For the closest estimate I suggest you consult www.xe.com the day before you leave or the day you leave & that will probably give you the closest to what you could expect - probably within 50 cents difference.
The rate at the airport,the rate on the street,the rate in Tuban/Kuta/Legian/Seminyak area & the rate in Ubud or Lovina versus the rate on www.xe.com or the rate listed via the link at the top of this page - as long as you get an honest money changer - Well the difference is just a few cents in the Dollar.You really won't loose a lot,you are on holidays after all so don't sweat the small stuff if you lose 10 cents in the Dollar.
