Yes, we ride the bikes along the boardwalk from Tanjung Benoa to Nusa Dua for morning coffee, you can't get as far as the Nikko and it would be quite a walk. You can ride two abreast but better some of the time to go single file. Our advice would be to stay on the boardwalk and give Jl Pratama a miss.
If you are refering to the Traditional Market at the traffic lights, which is all over by 9am, I can't recall seeing any tucker available in there other than what they shop for. The fish in there is fresh and inexpensive. 16,000 will buy enough for two, that's if your hotel will cook it for you.
Over the road ( but on the same side from the traffic lights ) there is the Tropical restaurant which has an Indonesian and European menu
which is an excellent noshery with pork ribs to die for.
In Nusa Dua village there is the Blue Moon, Blue Sky, Blue Ocean, Blue bloody something, ( another senior moment ) good Indo restaurant.
Hope this helps. Are you there in late June ?
