Send any one of these an E mail and they will give you the current situation.
Basically, you provide flight details to them, and they meet you off the plane (with a sign) and escort you through to the luggage collection, customs and outside area where you pay.
You don't state when you will be travelling, but it is possible that the express service guys will have a new system up then, probably with priority through the check processes....prints and photos.
Perhaps it is even better now as this would negate the argument presented by some about having ones passport out of ones view.
