I agreed with that, if they give you a good service than they deserve to get something from you. give something useful to them so you not feel wasting your money. I've been give a Cricket gear to my driver son, he so excited because bit hard to find it in Bali. Don't give a gift to kid on the street, it will useless because they prefer a small chash.
