cost of bike would be around 30K per day.
Make sure you get a bike in top condition, and also a top quality helmet.
Don't take on too much each day as you have plenty of time to get around.
I would be inclined to go with anti clockwise (not sure why) probably because the East coast is better known and more travelled than the West.
Also consider travelling back down the middle, as this may provide better scenery.
Maybe start off with Padang Bai, Candidasa, Amed, Singaraja, Lovina, Pemuteran, Negara, Tabanan as a starter and build around that.
