We have just got back from staying at Breezes for the first time and we could not fault the service at all. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we had no problems with housekeeping at all. They were very obliging when we had requests and they were all attentive and friendly as you wandered around the resort. There was always staff playing games like table tennis and pool with kids and adults and would always greet you with hello and how is your day. I'm sorry to hear you had such a terrible experience when all 14 of our groups were so pleasant.
If it wasn't as far out of Legian we'd definitely stay there again.
