Mansion in tuban on beach front

Hi all

just being nosy more than anything

about 400 meters from the holiday inn baruna heading towards kuta along the tuban beach pathway there is this massive white mansion. Absolutely beautiful

is it a prominant person who owns it or is it for rent?

Hopefully somebody on here has the info on it as my wife and I are very curious after walking past it each day this week :)
