It is the oozers I dont like - 99% of them have got that way becase of their feeding behaviours.

I have had a medical condition (hypothyroidism)since my twenties. This means I have a slow metabolic rate. Most people who have this are large, because their bodies dont 'run properly' so the calories dont get burnt. To me, that means that I dont need to consume as many calories each day (ie, dont eat as much food; to others, this means they have an excuse to be overweight. A secretary we had in her twenties who had it too, but didnt know I did. She used to moan and complain about her weight. But each morning and afternoon she would eat cakes and biscuits and have chocolate bars stashed in her drawers. She wasnt overweight because of her condition, she simply ate too much. I finally told her I had the same problem, and my dose was greater than hers (meaning I had it more severely) and she looked a little embarassed.
