on Breezes and appreciate the heads-up on poor service and management attitude. It takes a constant dedication to customer service or a resort can soon fall out of favour. There are posts on this forum that may be aimed at defaming the reputation of a hotel, driver or some business for personal advantage but I believe your experience at Breezes to be true and they should work hard to correct the flaws.
