I have stayed here twice and was supposed to stay there again in June however the family members I am going with couldn't get in (I have no paid for a deluxe room however will be cancelling due to them not getting in!) The hotel is great for the price and in a great location (not right in the hussle and bussle but close enough to walk into legian and Kuta and a walk through the grounds to the beach. The standard rooms are very basic so I would suggest upgrading to a deluxe or superior (deluxe being the better of the 2.) The staff are friendly and rooms were clean. The pools are good and it has a pool bar. They also have a kids club which I have heard is good, although haven't used it myself. The restaurant is pretty average and the breakfast is ok (nothing spectacular). For the price I think this hotel is great, hence staying there twice already and booking a 3rd time!
