Yes just ring the Scoot Boat. They will pick up from your hotel & return back to the hotel as part of the deal. Boat usually leaves Sanur about 9.30 They pick up from Kuta, Legian, Semyinak, Jimbaran, Nusa Nua
The price return is US$45 Kids us$29. Trip is about 40mins
When you get to the Island you can hire scooters near the scoot office for $80,000 per day. You can put two on a bike. This is a great day although if you have time I advise you stay overnight as there is a lot to see & not much time. The return boat is 3pm & is usually a very rough trip home in the arvo.

Ther is also Blue Water Express that do the same trip. Thier boat is a bit better.They are located at Benoa Harbour. The boat ride is 30min. I think from memory the price is similar. Much better ride.
We have done both & also gone on the big Island Explorer which is nice but about 1 1/2 hr trip. We stayed there in October for 7 days & also did a day trip with some friends. I found the day trip way too short. Blue Water ph number is (0361) 723479
