We stayed there for our 30th Wedding anniversary. Amazing pool, but the owners dont quite understand what customer service means. They haggled with this poor Australian couple about a missing teaspoon. Yet the ladies said they only ever had 1 spoon and they shared it the whole time. They had to pay $10 for it just so they could checkout. Yet they gave us a lovely anniversary cake, and the serving platter and silver knife they left on our verandah for days without collecting it, even though the room was serviced every day. At checkin, we were told our room wasnt ready - this was at 5pm. They said come back in an hour, we did, still not ready. Around 7pm we finally got in.
Breakfast times was an absolute jungle. I have never seen so many kids at breakfast. And people would pick up rolls, in their hands, look at them, then put them back on the buffet. One guy did this in front of me, so I picked up that roll, with tongs, and put it back on his plate. He shrugged and walked off.
There is a great chef at the main restaurant - he was new, and he said that he thought customer service was appalling there.
