I totally agree with all your comments about Vietnam dana. We loved it so much we have been back twice and would consider going back again. There is so much to see and experience.
We thought we were being so adventurous when we first went about 7 years ago, only to find a thriving and very organised tourist industry!!
Cannot compare the type of holiday you have in Bali with a Vietnam holiday. You travel around Vietnam whereas we tend to stay for longer periods in areas of Bali...more an R&R holiday.
