Booking AA "Pending" ? anyone

I just booked with Air Asia for next February and the itinerary came up confirmed with a message saying "Pending Credit Card verification. We will send itinerary when confirmed" It gave me a booking no and the info that my booking will be available to check in 2 hours. Have used Air Asia before but never came across this before. Has anyone else?
