i have booked a phuket hotel with them for aug this year, u pay by credit card, then they send u an e-mail confirming it, u just print that out and take it with you, and hand it to reception when u check in.
direct rooms are a lot cheaper than the hotels and travel agents, i paid $22.65 a night for myself and son, goes by room not per person.
