My friend is going over for 5 weeks but just suddenly decided this yesterday after anceling her Thailand part and is now flying next week direct to Bali. She went to the Consulate in Melbourne this morning in a panic to get a 60 day visa and they have told her that since January you can now just ask when you are paying for it to get a extra 30 days over the counter. Just have to pay the extra $25usd. Aparently they ar trying to make it easier to encourage tourists to stay longer.
Has anyone done this at the airport on arrival????
