about the AA staff, or how my booking was handled. Of corse, I am happy with how easily they corrected the situation and am now flying to Bali on the same day as planned. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and I thanked him over and over for fixing the situation and at no extra cost. I am offended that you should read between the lines of my post when there was nothing there to read. It is my right to say if I will or will not use a company again and it is only natural to feel very cautious about using a company again when your first experience with them has been a little less than ideal. Computer glitch or not. Perhaps my trip with them will correct my concerns, and this would please me. So please do not proceed to make me out to be someone who is bitter and ungrateful towards AA.You don't know me at all and I'm sure there are many out there who have responded more poorly than I to their cancelled flights. I am sure there are many of you also who have used businesses before and have not returned due to bad experiences.
