I managed to get a few nights at the Hotel Kusnadi in Legian, back up to the Tegal Sari on the 12th to the 17th and then back to the Kusnadi til the 22nd. It's been an absolute nightmare but I will post a JBR when I get back explaining all. It's typical Bali, really, the price you pay for the laid back mellowness we all otherwise enjoy. I probably would have coped better with it if I was on my own but being here with a small child it's not exactly the kind of news you want to hear at the eleventh hour on arrival!
