didn't even occur to me to ask ....my only question was what happens now? Had a bad line connection also, so was keen to rebook flights and get off the phone. Maybe someone else has asked and can tell us?
Only problem with new itinery is that they have only put me down for 15kg luggage when I paid for 20kg. So check that when you speak to them. I'm not that bothered really, and I have the receipt saying I paid for 20kg so should be all good.
