hotel probems

we had this situation a couple of years ago in nusa dua in a five star hotel they did not even have our booking well so they said we had paid and booked seven months before we insisted we see the manager then insisted they get in touch with our travel agents in Australia we were not going to go anywhere at all took about two hours to sort out but the hotel were fantastic and bent over backwards to look after us got a lovely room in the end and had a fantastic two weeks When we got back to Aus we went to the travel agents and let them know that we were not very happy they did let us know that we were coverd by our insurance if we could not have got a room there they said the hotel was at fault and the hotel said the travel agents were at fault So take a look at your travel insurance and just refuse to move till they fix up the problem they will get fed up of you in the end i really think that the hotel should be fixing up your problem and soon good luck
