melaticottages.com appear to have accommodation on their website for those dates you mentioned at US$56 per night. I have stayed there, although a little way from the main town of Ubud it's a delightful hotel run by lovely people.
They have their own driver so no problem to get around town and back.
also failing that artinicottages.com have 3 hotels in the main town one being in Hanoman street.
You could email and find out the availibity.
Good luck I'm sure you'll find something, anyhow the hotel should try these places for you!
