I have only used BIMC but when it came to the crunch with a particular medical situation I experienced on my honeymoon whereby I would have needed anti D as I am blood group 0- they advised me that SOS was possibly the only clinic that would stock it and they would retrieve it from them. That was in 2006 so I dont know if anything has changed since then. Thankfully I didnt need it, but it has always left a big question mark in my mind as to whether I would go to SOS first or BIMC should the need arise.
