Travel insurance incl of motor bike

Hi, my 21 yo son is heading over to Bali again and this time he has come clean. He has confirmed he has hired motorbikes in the past (with no insurance). Does insurance coverage for bikes exist, if so, any info would be great. Thanks for your help on this.
