I prefer to take a small supply of things with me as if a case of bali belly hits at 2am in the morning you aren't going to be able to go out and get gastrolyte etc.... and come morning time you will probably be so buggered from being up the night before with the little one that you won't feel like leaving your room for supplies, touch wood there will be no need though :)
