Bicycle Equipment and Clothing

I have been to Bali more than 8 times however I have just started bike riding and can't remember if the sport stores sell bike equipment and clothing.

We always stay in Kuta/Tuban, will be staying at Bali Garden again in June.

I'd appreciate any info on the above.
