Hey, its in the tropics and mould thrives there. Who knows, maybe all repainted in the near future and that was only 1 room. Sounds great to me, small, local, good price and location and room only used to sleep and shower in as the rest of the time we are usually out doing something like lazing around the pool or shoppingggggg.
