You take a small boat, step off jetty onto boat, two steps down, if only require assistance the Balinese are amazing at this but if unable to do may not be possible. Then probably three steps to transfer to Seawalker boat, but of course these are a little unsteady because of being boats in water. Then probably about 4 to five steps of the large ladder at the back of the boat that you notice before the water and weightlessness takes over, if you are ok with movement in water and can get past these hurdles it would probably be ok but if it is about the range of motion with climbing up and down it may not be possible for you unfortunately, if I have raised more questions than answers feel free to ask, I will try and help
