for some reason I am still unclear off Murti or her staff were not there waiting for us. Now my mother is elderly (thats why I booked) so we were the last off the plane so she wouldn't be in the rush. When we entered the terminal everyone was already queing and some had gone through already. No-one was in sight so while my mother and daughter went to the ladies I paid for our visas. We then lined up behind one person and processed quite fast. At the final desk while we were getting all the stamps a guy appears there with my name on. The immigration officer mumbled something to me (not sure what) and I said no its ok. I could not understand the guy who had my name and he could not understand me. I got confused cos I asked him if he was from our hotel and he said yes. When he asked me for money I though something wrong. He then made phone call and gave me the phone - I said I processed myself sorry not paying. I had to tell him no I have already got my own visas. Finally he left. I did get an email from Murti saying her staff were waiting for me and I didn't meet them? I told her I don't know if he was late or he thought we were not on the plane as we were slow coming in. Anyway I saved some money.
