If you can't do it online via your own bank (which I have done via CBA online banking with no problems) take the time to walk into one of the major banks and have them do it for you. From memory the fee is about $10 more than doing it youself online. Safer than doing previously suggested Western Union transfer I believe (could be wrong, but can recall hearing of problems there).
