Hygiene is vital - hand wipes before eating etc. Also use hand wipes after leaving a toilet - you may have washed & dried your hands thoroughly but who knows about the person who touched the door knob before you?
Also, avoid buffets - the only time I ever got food poisoning in Bali was in '85 at a buffet/dance at the Oberoi - avoided buffets ever since, & not just in Bali. I eat from warungs almost daily, but usually take away so I can use my own cutlery & plate.
Don't stress, just be very careful of hygiene.
