A machine in a 7/11 (what are the called there.....?) in Garlic Lane (adjacent Padma) gave a receipt to someone but no cash output. The people in the shop closed it down and called in someone from the ATM company, and gave them documentation. It was offline for a day. But I guess that kind of stuff happens anywhere. Maybe it is safer to use one in a shop, with witnesses, rather than a stand alone one?
