Blackmores do a strong probiotic u can get a the chemist. There are a few around. Stay away from 'street food' - cooked on the street. Eat at restaurants that seem popular and it's a pretty safe bet. Bottled water is the way to go. Ice in the hotel and most restaurants is likely to be fine. Be aware that a change in bowel habits isn't always Bali Belly, but if you have a few bouts of diahorrea, get to a doctor for antibiotics which will fix u up in about 8 hours.
