Most foods are fine. It can be down to luck sometimes. I've never had Bali Belly in 7 or 8 trips and never fussed too much. I have known families to all eat at the same restaurant and only one of them get sick, even if someone else at the same meal. So there's no meals to avoid that will be a sure thing.
Bottled water for drinking and brushing teeth.
Use hand cleansing gel before meals, especially if you've been handling money beforehand.
Ice is fine in your drinks, and salad is fine with meals.
A lot of people get "travelers trots" after a few days, but it's mostly due to the change in style of food you're eating, spicier foods, more fruit, more juices, more alcohol, etc and is not the same thing as Bali Belly.
