method used for Dengue fever - platelet testing is for monitoring only. Dengue Fever IgG and IgM are in the blood for an extremely long time, depending on the type you have contracted and how active it has been within the body.
It can be tested as specific Dengue fever or a as a more general Flavivirus, you may wish to request a level to see if you are clear of the virus yourself Imagem.
I posted earlier in this section about the platelet monitoring, it is a general monitoring tool only and varies greatly between patients - 7 days is not the standard of platelet variation, although it may have been in your circumstance, please refer to my other posts for further information on this topic.
