Go to the site Planetolog.com (watch that spelling).
Pick "Airport layouts" from the list on LH side.
Scroll down to "Indonesia" and pick "Denpasar".
Having been there a number of times the maps/diagrams make sense to me. Hope your Mum can follow them.
