You can get the plain shirts/tank tops from any of the shops that say they do printing etc. And there are plenty of them around.
They will also do the printing for you very cheaply if you give them the design that you want.
A freind had some shirts done for his work, and he chose the shirt style from a catalogue, and then told them what he wanted and where on the shirt he wanted it. the shirts looked great.
