Hi there. I also am not a surfer, but ali is far from being just a place for surfers to go thes days. You will find plenty of tour offices around the place and if you don't feel comfortable with the tour desks on the streets, you will probably find your hotel will have it owns tour desk. You could visit places like the Bali safari Park, Elephant Park, Bali Zoo, Waterbom Park. If you feel a bit more adventurous there are white water rafting trips and cycling trips also. Sometimes the Monkey Forrest and Tanah Lot are good little tour starters. Thre are trips to temples and hot springs etc etc...
I'm sure there are people on here that could give you loads more ideas. Have fun on your first trip, hope you fall in love with Bali like ther est of us!....
