Hi, I stayed at all seasons oct just gone.
I didn't have children but the staff are so lovely friendly and helpful,that I can't imagine a bad attitude towards them.there were a few children about during my stay and I can't say any noise from children bothered us at all,I certainly didn't notice any attitude from other guests or the staff.
I agree with the above poster,that you need to get a deluxe room on the ground floor becasue of the stairs with the kids,it owuld drive you nuts if they want to go tot he pool for a five minute dip every hour on the hour lol
There is a kids pool there with some layabouts around it,if you'r on the gound floor you can sit on your little verandha and watch the pool.
There is a trio of singers with a violinist and gutiarist acouple of nihgts a week,and I ntoiced they involved the kids in a singsong and sang happy birthday to a child on another night,it was a lot of fun to watch and the kids were glowing with pride ,I was only sad that one childs mother didnt watch her child sing when he so obviosly wanted her to.
nothing was too much trouble here. i havent stayed at the lokha so I can't compare.
