I prebought the week before departure in late Feb at $40 AUS for 5kgs - was the $60 at the counter at checkin in Aus? Last year at Bali check in they tried to charge me $140 US for 4kg however I managed to negotiate to 100,000rups but its a lot cheaper and easier to prebook.
