Not so long ago there was apost regarding ID's or lack thereof . Just perhaps in the light of the world we live in today the Indo Govt are taking steps to make sure they know who people are for indentification purposes in the unlikely event of more disasters such as earthquakes ect . that may occur in their country . in my opinion it's no big thing .
