I am also going to use House of Komang this trip as have heard so many good reports.
Not sure on strecth fabric at Alta Moda but i would assume so. It is 4 levels of materials, very clean & classy even has a lift to each floor. They are very helpful. They also can provide you with a tailor/dressmaker but are a little more expansive.
