I have travelled through that area several times by motorcycle but not by bicycle.
The coastal road from Amed to Lovina is mostly flat with a few potholes. I hit a mudslide at the village of Tetjakata but waded through a mud slurry about a foot deep.
I would wimp out on the road from Singaraja to Kintamani (36 km) and put your bike on a bemo. The road is extremely steep, wet, lots of hairpin bends and subject to mudslides. I came off the bike here when I hit a mudslide at speed.
From Kintamani to Klungkung (Semarapura) through Bangli is downhill, dry and straight without much traffic.
