sorry to hear of your experience, can honestly say that we have never experienced ants in the bed. We knew there was no phone the first time we went, didn't bother us, at least timeshare cant bother you! Just took our phone with Bali sim, and let's face it, reception is only a few steps away. As for top sheet, they will definatley bring more covers for you if you need them, they only put the one sheet on because most people kick off the top cover. Hmm...bathroom, I think because they are semi outside that it may get a bit warm, but only if you stand under the outside shower, cant say about the locks, never use them

PS if you go back try for a ground floor, room 200 is really nice, with a private entrance which is like a extra room.
