Been to bali many times.We alway stay at the patra but the travel agent said it was booked out, she said she alway stays at the hardrock and loves it,i didn't end up going with the travel agent and booked through the hotel website and booked the rockin family adventure package which included a night at the the elephant safari park,also booked 2 nights at the marrariver safari lodge. we enjoyed the bali safari park last year and thought it would be a great place to stay with the kids, i can't wait as i'm sick of the 6 yr old asking how many sleeps til Bali, my other girl is 11 which i believe there is lots of activities for her to do at the hardrock so hopefully that will keep her busy as she finds the patra kids club boring because there is never any kids there.
