Never been to Blue Ocean, but by the look of it on their website, you cannot compare it at all to Ku De Ta.
An elaborate lunch incl. some oysters and 2 bottles of good wine, set us back about 4 million for 4 persons, last october. So definitely not cheap but really worth it!
