just stayed at the Melasti and it was by no means full, but a friend tried to get in there 2 weeks before our stay for the same time and all the travel outlets said they were full. I asked the hotel manager about this and they said quite a few of the companies (like qantas) block book rooms and dont release them till a week before. I actually booked the Melasti through Qantas hotels and had no probs, so might be worth a try. Good Luck!
